What Procurify says about its pricing
Procurify's pricing page describes a modular model rather than a price list. Every customer starts with the Purchasing product and adds more as new workflows come in. The page names these parts:
- Purchasing, the base: order requests, purchase orders, product catalogs, vendors, approval routing, budgets, spend insights, account codes, user roles, accounting integrations, the mobile app, and security features such as MFA, SSO and SOC 2 Type 2.
- Accounts Payable, for invoicing and payments.
- Expense and Card, for spending cards and expense reports.
- Guided Intake and Contracts, sold as add-ons.
- Users: Basic users are unlimited, and the number of Pro users drives the cost.
The quote is built around "products, add-ons, users, and integrations". There is no public figure for any of those parts, so the only way to get a firm number is a sales conversation. Procurify changes its packaging over time, so check its own pricing page before you budget.
How much does Procurify cost per year?
Because there is no list price, the most useful public signal is what companies actually signed. These are third-party figures, not Procurify's own, and your quote will differ.

Read the range this way: a small team buying Purchasing alone with a handful of Pro users sits near the bottom, while a company adding Accounts Payable, Expense and Card and more Pro users moves toward the top. Implementation and onboarding are handled by a dedicated team, and whether any of it is billed separately is a question to put to sales in writing.
What drives a Procurify quote up or down
Four inputs decide most of the number. Knowing them before the call helps you ask for the configuration you need rather than the one that is easiest to sell.
- Pro users. Basic users, typically requesters, are unlimited. The people who approve, buy, receive or manage budgets are more likely to need Pro seats, and those are what you pay for. Count them honestly before the call.
- Products. Purchasing alone is one quote. Adding Accounts Payable or Expense and Card is a larger one. If card spend is already handled by your bank's card program, you may not need the second.
- Add-ons. Guided Intake and Contracts are separate. Ask what each adds per year and whether you can start without it.
- Integrations. NetSuite, QuickBooks Online and other accounting systems connect, but ask whether any connector or custom field mapping is priced on its own.
Contract length matters too. Vendr describes annual terms as standard, and multi-year deals are a common lever for a lower yearly price, at the cost of flexibility if your needs change.
Questions to ask before you sign a Procurify quote
Send these in writing and ask for written answers. They turn a quote into something you can compare line by line with other vendors.
- Which roles in our company need Pro users, and what does one extra Pro user cost mid-term?
- Is implementation or onboarding billed separately, and what does it include?
- What is included in Purchasing alone, and which of our requirements need an add-on?
- Is the accounting integration included, and is there a fee for a second entity or currency?
- What is the renewal uplift cap, and can we reduce users or products at renewal?
- Is the contract annual prepaid, or can we pay monthly?
If your requirement list is mostly requests, approvals, purchase orders, receiving and invoice matching, compare the answers with a vendor whose price is public before you negotiate.
Procurify pricing vs Procurer: published prices per company
Procurer covers the purchasing cycle a mid-size finance team runs every day, and the price is on the website. It is priced per company tier, not per user, so approvers and finance are not counted as paid seats within the plan limit.

The honest trade-off: Procurify sells more modules under one roof, including cards and expense reports. Procurer stays focused on procure to pay and hands matched bills to your accounting system for payment. If what you really need is card spend and receipts, a dedicated expense management tool may be the better buy than a purchasing suite. For a wider comparison, see best procurement software.
When Procurify is worth the quote
Choosing the tool with a public price is not always right. Procurify is likely the better fit when:
- You want purchasing, accounts payable and employee spend cards from one vendor and one contract.
- You need Guided Intake or contract management and prefer them from the same vendor as purchasing.
- Your approvers and buyers are a small group, so a Pro user model stays affordable while everyone else requests for free.
- You already have a relationship or a reference customer in your industry.
If you mainly need every purchase requested, approved, ordered, received and matched before payment, and you want the price before the demo, Procurer is built for that. You can route a request through approvals, a budget check and a three-way match in the interactive demo without an account, then read how the QuickBooks Online purchase order approval setup works if your books are in QBO.
Does Procurify publish its pricing?
No. Procurify's pricing page describes a modular model and asks you to request a quote built from products, add-ons, users and integrations. There is no public price per user or per plan, so any figure you see elsewhere is an estimate or reported deal data.

How much does Procurify cost per year?
Reported purchase data from Vendr puts the median Procurify contract at about 15 000 USD a year, with a range of roughly 4 210 to 40 000 USD. Where you land depends on Pro users, the products you add, add-ons and integrations.
Is Procurify priced per user?
Partly. Basic users are unlimited, and the number of Pro users drives the cost alongside the products and add-ons you choose. Ask sales which of your roles need Pro users before you compare quotes.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Procurify with published pricing?
Procurer publishes its prices: Team at 149 USD per month, Business at 299 USD and Scale at 699 USD, priced per company with a pool of user accounts. It covers requests, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, three-way matching, budgets and spend analytics.
Does Procurify have a free plan?
Procurify does not list a free plan on its pricing page. Procurer does not have one either; its interactive demo lets you run a purchase request through approvals and matching without an account, and plans are month to month.
