Procurement software integrations with your accounting and tools
Procurement software earns its place when it fits between the tools you already run. Procurer handles the purchase from request to matched invoice, then hands the result to your accounting system as a bill with supplier, lines and GL coding. Approvers act from Slack or Microsoft Teams, people sign in with the identity provider you already use, and the API lets your own systems read and react. This page lists every integration and the plan that includes it.

Accounting sync: what goes in and what comes out
Procurer does not replace your general ledger; it feeds it with purchases that are already approved and matched. The direction of each record is simple:
- From accounting to Procurer: chart of accounts, departments or classes, locations or entities, tax codes and existing suppliers. Requests are coded with the same values your ledger uses.
- From Procurer to accounting: new suppliers approved by procurement, and bills created from matched invoices with supplier, invoice number, date, due date, lines, GL account, department and attachment.
- Back from accounting: payment status, so the requester and the supplier see when an invoice is paid.
Purchase orders stay in Procurer, where approvals, receiving and matching happen. QuickBooks Online and Xero are on every plan; NetSuite and Sage Intacct on Scale, with multi-entity mapping for up to 5 legal entities. The QuickBooks details are on QuickBooks purchase order integration.
One purchase through the integrations
A 250 person company on Scale uses NetSuite, Slack and Microsoft single sign-on.
An engineer signs in with the company Microsoft account and requests two monitors for 780 USD, coded to the Engineering department that came from NetSuite.
The Engineering manager approves in Slack from the message Procurer sends.
The PO is emailed to the supplier; the supplier confirms it in the supplier portal.
The monitors arrive and the office manager records the receipt.
The invoice lands in the invoice inbox, matches the PO and the receipt, and syncs to NetSuite as a vendor bill with the Engineering department and the invoice PDF.
When accounts payable pays the bill in NetSuite, the status in Procurer changes to paid, and a webhook tells the internal asset register to create two asset records.
Nobody retyped a single field between systems.
Slack and Microsoft Teams approvals
From Business, approvers get each request as a message with the requester, supplier, amount, budget impact and attached quote, and approve or reject in the message with a comment. Requesters get status updates the same way. The decision is recorded in Procurer exactly as if it were made in the app, with the approver's name and time in the audit log. See purchase order approval software for how rules decide who gets the message.
Single sign-on, SCIM and roles
On Scale, people sign in with Google or Microsoft accounts, and custom roles let you define who can request, approve, buy, receive and manage suppliers. Enterprise adds SAML single sign-on with any SAML identity provider and SCIM provisioning, so accounts are created and removed from your directory automatically when people join or leave. Details are on the security and enterprise pages.
API, webhooks and CSV
On Scale and above, a REST API gives access to requests, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, suppliers and budgets, with API keys managed by admins. Webhooks send events as they happen: request approved, PO issued, receipt recorded, invoice matched, invoice held, bill synced. Common uses are an asset register fed by received IT equipment, a data warehouse fed by spend, and an internal tool that creates requests for recurring purchases. On every plan, CSV import brings in suppliers, budgets and open POs, and CSV export takes out every list and report, so your data stays yours and you can export everything at any time.
Which accounting systems does Procurer sync with?
QuickBooks Online and Xero on every plan, NetSuite and Sage Intacct on Scale and Enterprise, and a custom ERP connection on Enterprise.
Do purchase orders sync to accounting?
Purchase orders, approvals, receiving and matching stay in Procurer. What syncs is what accounting needs: approved suppliers and bills created from matched invoices, with coding and the invoice attached, plus payment status coming back.
Which plan includes Slack and Microsoft Teams approvals?
Business, Scale and Enterprise. Approvers approve or reject in the message, and the decision is recorded in the audit log.
Do you support SSO?
Google and Microsoft single sign-on are on Scale. SAML SSO with any identity provider and SCIM provisioning are on Enterprise.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API and webhooks on Scale and Enterprise, covering requests, POs, receipts, invoices, suppliers and budgets.
Can we import data without an integration?
Yes. On every plan, suppliers, budgets and open POs can be imported from CSV files, and every list exports to CSV.
Connect accounting and start in days
Create your account, connect your accounting system and import suppliers from a CSV. Enterprise teams with SAML and a custom ERP can talk to sales.
