- Connect accounting. Suppliers, GL accounts, departments and classes are pulled in.
- Pick approval rules from templates and adjust amounts to your policy.
- Enter or import budgets for each department.
- Set your PO number prefix and your terms and conditions.
- Invite approvers first, then requesters.
- Route a real request, issue the PO, receive the goods and match the invoice.

Reliability and access control
Procurer is a hosted service used from any modern browser on desktop or mobile. Enterprise customers can add a 99.9 percent uptime SLA and a separate sandbox environment to test rule changes before they reach production. Access follows your identity provider on Scale and Enterprise, so when someone leaves the company and is removed from Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or your SAML provider, their Procurer access ends too. On Enterprise, SCIM provisioning creates and removes accounts automatically.
