Precoro vs Procurify in one table
Both are mid-market purchasing platforms with requests, approvals, purchase orders, receiving and invoice matching. The differences that change a buying decision are how they price, which accounting systems they connect to and how much configuration you pay for.

Precoro vs Procurify pricing, what you will actually pay
Precoro is unusual in this category because it lists numbers. Core starts at 499 USD a month and Automation at 999 USD a month, billed annually, so the entry point is about 5 988 USD a year and Automation about 11 988 USD a year. The word "starts" matters. Plans are tier based and the page does not say how many users a tier includes, and paid add-ons (Multiple Companies, extra Integrations, Concierge Setup and Dedicated Support) are priced on request. A company with two legal entities and an ERP connection should expect a quote above the headline.
Procurify publishes no prices at all. Its pricing page says every quote is built from the products you choose (Purchasing is the base, with Accounts Payable and Expense and Card as extra modules), the add-ons (Guided Intake and Contracts), the number of Pro users and the integrations. Basic users who only request and receive items are unlimited and free. Purchase data on Vendr puts the median Procurify contract at about 15 000 USD a year, with deals from roughly 4 200 to 40 000 USD.
In practice, a 60 person company with 8 approvers and a finance team of 3 is often closer to Precoro Core on paper, but the gap narrows once Procurify's free requester seats are counted and Precoro add-ons are quoted. Get both proposals in writing with user counts, modules and the renewal terms side by side. Our Precoro pricing breakdown and Procurify pricing breakdown list the questions to ask each sales team.
Precoro vs Procurify features for purchasing teams
On core purchasing, the two are closer than their marketing suggests. Precoro Core already includes purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, two and three-way matching, automated approvals, custom fields, an item and service catalog, vendor and contract management and a mobile app. Real-time budget tracking, a supplier portal, vendor onboarding, PunchOut catalogs, inventory, RFPs, API access and SSO sit on Automation.
Procurify includes approval routing, budgets, account codes, PunchOut integrations, the platform API, roles and permissions, an implementation team and a customer success manager in every plan, then adds bills and payments in Accounts Payable and spending cards in Expense and Card. Procurify positions itself as stronger on complex approval routing across many sites and entities, with a typical 4 to 6 week implementation. Precoro is known for configurable forms and dynamic fields, and lists blanket and recurring orders.
The practical question is which features sit on your price tier. With Precoro, budget tracking and a supplier portal mean Automation pricing. With Procurify, every Pro user you add for approvals or finance work raises the quote.
Integrations, hosting and languages
According to Procurify's own comparison, both connect to NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, while Precoro also supports Xero, Sage 300 and BILL, which are not on Procurify's integration list. Precoro offers US or EU servers (regional server selection is listed on Enterprise) and an interface in English, Spanish, French and German. Procurify hosts in North America and runs in English.
For a US company on Xero, that usually settles it in Precoro's favor. For a NetSuite company with dozens of sites and a corporate card program, Procurify has the stronger story. If you run QuickBooks Online and approvals are the real problem, both may be more than you need, and our guide to QuickBooks Online purchase order approval covers the cheaper routes.
Which one should you pick
Choose Precoro when you want to know the price before the first call, you run Xero, Sage 300 or BILL, you need EU data hosting or a non-English interface, and an annual commitment from about 6 000 USD is acceptable.
Choose Procurify when you have hundreds of occasional requesters, you want purchasing, AP and spending cards from one vendor, you run NetSuite across several sites, and a quoted contract in the 15 000 USD range fits the budget.
Choose neither when the contract size is the problem. Procurer covers requests, approvals by amount, department and category, purchase orders, receiving, three-way matching, budgets with commitments and a supplier directory on a published plan. Business costs 299 USD a month, or 1 788 USD a year billed yearly, for up to 100 user accounts. It exports approved bills as a file for QuickBooks Online or Xero rather than syncing live, and it has no card program, so a company that needs those should stay with the two vendors above. Companies that compared Precoro for its inventory module should also look at a dedicated inventory forecasting tool, because purchasing platforms track stock only at a basic level.
A 120 person company priced three ways
A distributor with 120 staff, 40 people who request purchases, 6 approvers and a 3 person finance team wants budgets and three-way matching.
1. Precoro. Budget tracking means Automation, from 999 USD a month billed annually, so at least 11 988 USD a year before Multiple Companies or Concierge Setup.
2. Procurify. 40 requesters are free Basic users; 9 Pro users plus the Accounts Payable module are quoted. Expect a figure near the 15 000 USD median, higher with cards.
3. Procurer. Business covers 49 active users with budgets and matching for 299 USD a month, or 1 788 USD a year billed yearly.
The cheaper tool is only cheaper if it covers your must-haves, so list them before you compare.
