How much does Tradogram cost?
The figures below come from tradogram.com/pricing, checked in October 2026. Annual billing saves 20 percent against monthly. The page says an additional user fee applies on Essentials and Premium but does not publish the amount, and add-ons such as accounting integrations are priced separately.

Older numbers still circulate. Several software directories quote a Pro plan at 195 USD a month and Premium at 375 USD a month, and some still mention a free tier. Those come from an earlier price list. Budget on the current page and ask Tradogram to confirm user fees and add-ons in writing.
What you get on Essentials, Premium and Scale
The plans differ less by volume than by which parts of the purchasing cycle you get.
- Essentials. Purchase orders, supplier management, AP invoices, TradoPay payments, TradoScan AI invoice capture, expense management and mobile apps.
- Premium. Adds purchase requisitions, sourcing RFx, receiving with goods received notes, real time budget tracking, contract management, custom approvals and multiple entities and locations.
- Scale. Everything in Premium with unlimited users, a custom SLA, feature customizations, multi region hosting and dedicated support.
- Add-ons on any plan. TradoCart PunchOut, ERP and accounting integrations, single sign on and API access.
Read the Essentials list closely. There is no requisition step, no receiving and no custom approval routing. That suits a buyer or office manager who raises POs directly. It does not suit a company where 30 people need to ask before they buy and a Controller needs to approve above a threshold, because that is Premium territory and Premium is quoted.
What Tradogram really costs a mid-size company
Because the user fee is not published and Premium is quoted, nobody outside Tradogram can give you an exact figure for a 100 person company. What you can do is list the cost lines before the first sales call so the quote has nowhere to hide.
- The plan. Essentials at 950.40 USD a year for one user, or a Premium quote if you need requisitions, receiving, budgets or custom approvals.
- Users. Premium is positioned for 20 or more users and every one above the included count carries a fee. Count requesters, approvers, receivers and AP, not just buyers.
- Accounting integration. QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Sage and Business Central are supported, and ERP and accounting integrations are listed as an add-on.
- PunchOut, SSO and API. Each is an add-on. SSO matters to any company whose IT team requires it for every app.
- Annual versus monthly. The 20 percent saving applies when you pay a year up front.
Ask the vendor for the total first year cost across all five lines for your real headcount. That one number is what you compare.

Tradogram covers more ground for a team that wants purchasing, expenses and supplier payments in one product, and its Essentials plan is cheaper for a single buyer. Procurer is the simpler buy when many people need to request and approve purchases, because the whole approval and receiving workflow is on a published plan.
A 90 person manufacturer pricing both tools
A US contract manufacturer with 90 staff runs QuickBooks Online. Twenty five people request or approve purchases: shift leads, the maintenance manager, the purchasing lead, two engineers, the Controller and the plant manager. Policy is shift lead approval up to 500 USD, plant manager above 500 USD and Controller above 7 500 USD, and receiving has to confirm every delivery before AP pays.
- On Tradogram: requisitions, receiving and custom approvals put them on Premium. That means a quote for 25 users, plus the QuickBooks integration add-on. The published 99 USD Essentials plan does not cover the workflow.
- On Procurer: Business at 249 USD a month billed yearly, 2 988 USD a year, covers up to 100 user accounts, the three step approval chain, line level receiving, three-way matching and QuickBooks Online sync.
- What they give up with Procurer: expense management, built in supplier payments and PunchOut.
The useful move is to get the Tradogram Premium quote in writing and put it next to 2 988 USD. If the quote comes in close, Tradogram's broader module list may be worth it. If it comes in several times higher, the decision is easy. The approval, receiving and matching flow is walked through step by step on how it works.
When Tradogram is worth the price
- One or two buyers place every order and nobody else needs to request, so Essentials covers you.
- You want expenses and supplier payments in the same tool as purchase orders.
- You run QuickBooks Desktop, which Tradogram supports and Procurer does not.
- You need sourcing events and contracts on a plan below enterprise suites, and the Premium quote fits your budget.
If invoice capture is the only real gap, an invoice data extraction tool that turns supplier PDFs into rows for your books may be enough on its own, without a purchasing system. If the gap is control before spend, with requests, approvals and receiving, look at purchase order software priced for a whole team.
How much does Tradogram cost per month?
Tradogram Essentials costs 99 USD per month billed monthly, or 950.40 USD a year billed annually, which works out to 79.20 USD a month. It includes one user and charges an additional user fee. Premium and Scale are priced by custom quote, and accounting integrations, PunchOut, SSO and API are add-ons.

Premium and Scale are priced by custom quote, and accounting integrations, PunchOut, SSO and API are add-ons.
Does Tradogram have a free plan?
Tradogram's current pricing page lists no free plan. It offers Essentials from 99 USD per month and a demo booked with sales. Some software directories still mention a free tier from an earlier price list, so check the vendor page before you plan around it.
How much does Tradogram charge per additional user?
Tradogram's pricing page says an additional user fee applies on Essentials and Premium but does not publish the amount. Scale includes unlimited users. Ask for the per user fee in writing and multiply it by everyone who requests, approves or receives, not only by buyers.
Does Tradogram integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes. Tradogram lists QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop integrations, along with Xero, NetSuite, Sage and Business Central. ERP and accounting integrations appear as an add-on on the pricing page, so confirm whether yours is included in the quote.
What is a cheaper alternative to Tradogram for larger teams?
Procurer covers requests, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, budgets and three-way matching from 149 USD per month per company. Business at 299 USD per month includes up to 100 user accounts, so a 25 to 100 person approval chain costs the same each month. It does not include expenses, supplier payments or PunchOut.
