How much does Kissflow cost?

Budget from a quote, using 23 880 USD a year only as a reported starting reference. SpotSaaS and SaaSworthy list 1 990 USD monthly billed yearly for Procurement Cloud, with custom contracts and volume pricing for 50+ users. That is not a confirmed price for your team.

Kissflow's pricing page, checked October 2026, lists no plans or prices. It describes pricing as "built around the value you receive" and directs buyers to "Get Quote" or a consultation.

What Kissflow Procurement Cloud includes

Kissflow's procurement page describes the following purchasing and invoice workflow. Confirm which parts your quote covers.

  • Intake uses one request form for catalog and non-catalog purchases.
  • Requisitions and approvals follow thresholds and delegation of authority.
  • Purchase orders pass budget and contract checks before being written to the ERP.
  • Supplier onboarding collects KYC, banking, insurance and tax documents, alongside supplier performance management.
  • Goods receipt works from mobile or desktop.
  • Three-way matching applies tolerance rules and routes exceptions to an owner.
  • AI invoice extraction includes GL codes and cost centers.

The procurement page lists SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, JD Edwards and Sage integrations. It does not mention QuickBooks. Budget checks sit inside requisitions and POs; the page does not list a standalone budgeting module.

Kissflow describes low-code configuration and says the first full procure-to-pay cycle can run in about eight weeks. Treat that as its stated rollout expectation and ask what your ERP connection requires. Our procure-to-pay software guide helps map the handoffs you need.

Why older Kissflow prices differ

Older third party listings for the general Kissflow platform report Basic at 1 500 USD a month for 50 users, with additional users reportedly 20 to 30 USD monthly. One source reports Basic rising to 2 500 USD monthly. Enterprise is custom, with a third party estimate of 3 000 to 5 000 USD monthly.

These are possibly outdated platform figures, not current Procurement Cloud offers. Do not apply their seat rates to the 1 990 USD listing. Reports citing Kissflow's pricing FAQ also describe an extra managed service fee for private cloud, without establishing your fee.

Questions to ask Kissflow sales before approval

Kissflow's pricing page says "Fixed annual agreements" and "No surcharges for AI or API usage". It says additional services can be purchased as required. Enterprise rollouts list unlimited applications and integrations, plus solution architects, training and Center of Excellence support. Confirm which services and connections the procurement quote includes.

Ask sales to put these answers in the proposal.

  • Is implementation included, and what configuration, training or rollout work carries an additional fee?
  • Which user tiers apply to requesters, approvers and finance, and what changes above 50 users?
  • What renewal uplift, cancellation notice and renewal terms apply?
  • Does the ERP connector carry setup, maintenance or recurring charges?
  • Does private cloud add a managed service fee, and what does it cover?

Separate the recurring subscription from implementation and optional services so finance can approve the full annual commitment.

Annual cost for a 120 person company with 60 requesters

Consider a 120 person US company where 60 employees request purchases. The controller needs an annual subscription budget before a sales call.

At the SpotSaaS and SaaSworthy reported start, Kissflow costs 1 990 x 12 = 23 880 USD annually. Those listings direct 50+ users to sales, so this is a starting calculation, not a quote for 60 requesters. Implementation, connectors and optional services still need confirmation.

Procurer's published plans and billing options put Business at 299 USD monthly or 1 788 USD yearly. It includes up to 100 accounts, so the 60 requesters fit provided approvers and finance also fit that pool. If all 120 employees need accounts, Business does not cover them.

Business includes approvals, receiving and three-way matching, with QuickBooks Online and Xero bills export. NetSuite or Sage Intacct export requires Scale. Compare subscription, setup and integration scope using the procurement software cost breakdown.

After invoices are paid, finance still needs to match payments against bank activity. If that is your next gap, consider reconciliation software that matches bank lines and invoices alongside the purchasing workflow.

When Kissflow is the better choice

Kissflow is the better fit for large companies running SAP or Oracle that want a low-code platform for workflows beyond procurement. Its procurement page lists those ERP connections, while its pricing page describes enterprise rollouts with unlimited applications and integrations. That broader scope can justify evaluating a larger annual commitment.

For a 50 to 500 person company focused on purchasing controls, compare that scope with the workflows you actually need. Procurer offers published prices for requests, approvals, POs and receiving.
