Vroozi pricing and what the Vroozi procurement platform costs per year

Vroozi does not publish prices. Its pricing page shows three plans, Professional, Premium and Enterprise, each with a Request Pricing button and no dollar figure. What it does publish is the size of each plan: Professional covers up to 100 users and 2 500 invoices a month, Premium up to 500 users and 10 000 invoices, and Enterprise goes beyond both. One cost calculator site, CostBench, reports a monthly platform fee of 3 000 to 8 000 USD or more, which is roughly 36 000 to 96 000 USD a year, from a single unnamed source. Procurer prices at 149 to 699 USD a month per company for teams that need less.

How much does Vroozi cost?

Expect a quote, and plan on a five figure yearly contract at minimum. Vroozi lists no price. CostBench reports 3 000 to 8 000 USD or more a month, rated medium confidence from one source, and 10 to 20 USD per user per month for extra modules or going over limits. Treat those as planning numbers and get a written quote that includes implementation.

What the Vroozi pricing page actually tells you

We read the Vroozi pricing page in November 2026. It sells a procure to pay suite with three packages and positions them by company size, not by feature checklist.

Suppliers are unlimited and free on every plan. All plans include purchase requests and orders, punch-out catalogs, a supplier portal, invoice processing, an approval workflow engine and implementation services. The page states no contract term, no trial and no per user rate.

The practical reading is that Vroozi targets a 100 to 500 person company at its entry plan ceiling. A 40 person firm would be buying a plan built for a much larger buyer.

What third party sources report about Vroozi cost

Outside the vendor, price information is thin and mostly estimated. This is what we found in November 2026.

  • CostBench says Vroozi uses custom pricing across three plans and reports a variable monthly fee of 3 000 to 8 000 USD or more. It marks this as verified from one independent source with medium confidence and assumes no discount.
  • The same page lists project specific costs of several thousand dollars with no exact amount, and 10 to 20 USD per user per month for additional modules or exceeding limits, from a source dated July 2026.
  • PricingSaaS lists all three plans as pricing not disclosed.
  • TrustRadius shows no free version and no free trial.

Multiply the CostBench fee by twelve and you get 36 000 to 96 000 USD a year, before implementation and extras. That is our arithmetic on a single estimate, not a Vroozi quote. A real contract could land above or below it, and a negotiated discount is common in this category.

Questions to ask Vroozi before you compare prices

A quote based platform hides the total in the order form. Ask for these in writing so two vendors can be compared line by line.

  • What is the first year total, including implementation, training and data migration?
  • Is the fee based on users, invoice volume, modules or a bundle, and what happens when you cross 100 users or 2 500 invoices a month?
  • Which of the three data integrations are included, and is your accounting system one of them? Extra integrations are often a separate line.
  • Which modules are in the quote, and which are add-ons?
  • What is the contract length, does it renew automatically, and what is the notice period?
  • What happens to your data and your supplier records if you leave?
  • Is a customer success manager included, and for how long?

On these numbers the gap is tens of thousands of dollars a year. That gap is justified if you need punch-out catalogs, a vendor network and a managed rollout across several business units. It is hard to justify if the real problem is that people buy without approval and invoices get paid without a receipt.

When Vroozi makes sense and when it does not

Get a Vroozi quote if you are a 100 to 500 person company with complex catalogs, many suppliers sending electronic invoices, an AP team that wants the invoice processing in the same suite, and a budget for a vendor led implementation. You are buying scope and support, and the quote lets you test that fit.

Pick a published price product if your process is simple enough to describe in a paragraph. Someone raises a request, a manager approves it, a PO goes out, the delivery is checked, and finance pays the invoice that matches. Procurer's Team plan covers that for 149 USD a month per company and exports approved bills to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Business adds conditional approval rules, project and GL budgets and three-way matching, and Scale adds the supplier portal and up to 300 user accounts. See Procurer pricing for the plan table.

Small purchases still leave paper behind. Card receipts for the buys that never needed a PO should reach the ledger too, and a receipt scanner that posts to QuickBooks closes that gap for the bookkeeper.

Does Vroozi have a free trial?

TrustRadius shows no free version and no free trial for Vroozi, and the pricing page offers only a Request Pricing button. Ask your sales contact whether a pilot or sandbox is part of the evaluation before you sign a contract.

Is Vroozi priced per user?

The pricing page sizes plans by users and invoices but gives no per user rate. Professional covers up to 100 users and 2 500 invoices a month. Confirm whether the fee changes when you cross a limit, and whether extra modules are charged per user.

Who is Vroozi best for?

Vroozi is aimed at mid-sized to large businesses that want purchasing and AP invoice processing in one suite, with punch-out catalogs and a managed implementation. Its entry plan is sized for up to 100 users, so smaller firms often compare it with lighter, published price tools.

What is a cheaper alternative to Vroozi?

Procurer is a lower priced option if you need requests, approvals, POs and receiving. Team costs 149 USD monthly, Business 299 and Scale 699 per company. It has no punch-out network or AP invoice capture. Compare users, matching depth and your ledger before choosing.
