Fraxion pricing and what Fraxion spend management costs per year

Fraxion does not publish a price list. CostBench, which checked the vendor pricing page on June 13, 2026, shows Custom or contact sales for the small, mid-size and large business sizes. One directory, Zoftwarehub, lists about 399 USD a month for 10 to 25 employees and about 749 USD a month for 25 to 100, but those figures are not confirmed by the vendor. For a published price, Procurer's Team through Scale plans cost 149 to 699 USD a month per company.

How much does Fraxion cost?

Plan around a quote, using the directory figures only as a rough range. Zoftwarehub reports 399 USD a month for a small business and 749 USD a month for mid-size, which is 4 788 and 8 988 USD a year before setup. SpotSaaS says Fraxion is quotation based, and SaaSworthy says pricing is custom. No source confirms a number for your team.

What the sources say about Fraxion pricing

Fraxion sells spend management software, and its tiers are described by company size rather than by feature list. Here is what each source we checked in October 2026 says, with the caveats.

  • Zoftwarehub lists three tiers: Small business for 10 to 25 employees at about 399 USD per company per month, Mid-size for 25 to 100 employees at about 749 USD, and Large business for 100 or more employees on a custom quote.
  • CostBench shows all three sizes as Custom or contact sales and records zero published price points as of June 13, 2026.
  • SpotSaaS lists the pricing model as quotation based.
  • SaaSworthy says Fraxion provides custom pricing and no free plan.
  • G2 carries a Fraxion Spend Management pricing page and reviews. One reviewer says the cost is hard for small companies and startups to absorb.

The two readings are not necessarily a contradiction. A vendor can hold internal price bands by company size and still quote each deal. Treat the directory figures as a starting guess and ask for a written quote.

Implementation and add-on costs to ask about

The Zoftwarehub overview says there can be additional implementation and setup costs, and that fees may apply for extra PunchOut vendors. A review summary on the same page describes upfront implementation cost as relatively higher than some smaller competitors. We could not confirm a dollar amount for either, so ask for them in writing.

Questions to put to the sales team before you compare it with anything else:

  • What is the total first year cost, including implementation, training and any data migration?
  • Is the price per company, per user or by employee band, and what happens when you cross a band?
  • Which modules are in the quote, and which are add-ons?
  • Which accounting system do you connect to, and is that integration included?
  • What is the contract length, and does it renew automatically?
  • What is the notice period, and what happens to your data if you leave?

On these figures the difference is roughly 8 100 USD a year against Team and 7 200 USD against Business. That gap buys you nothing if the quote includes modules you will use. It is worth a lot if all you need is requests, approvals, POs, receiving and bill export.

When Fraxion makes sense and when it does not

Get a Fraxion quote if you want a vendor that scopes and configures the system with you, you have a bigger team than the directory bands cover, or your needs go beyond purchasing approval. Fraxion is built for spend management, and a quote lets you test its fit with your processes.

Pick a published price product if you know the process you need, want to start the same week and want to put a fixed number in the budget. Procurer's Team plan covers requests, approvals, POs, receiving and approved bill export to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Business adds conditional approval rules and three-way matching, and Scale adds the supplier portal and up to 300 user accounts. See Procurer pricing for the full plan table.

Finance leads who compare quotes often also need the next step, the statements that follow the spend. Once purchasing is approved and booked, a tool like board-ready financial statements from a bookkeeping export turns the ledger into the report your owners read.

How much does Fraxion cost?

Does Fraxion have a free trial?

SaaSworthy says Fraxion does not offer a free plan. Trial availability for the paid product is not stated in the sources we checked, so ask your sales contact whether a pilot or demo is part of the evaluation before you commit to a contract.

Is Fraxion priced per user?

The directory listings describe bands by company size, not a per-user rate. Zoftwarehub groups companies by employee count. Confirm with Fraxion whether crossing a band changes your price mid contract, and whether extra modules or PunchOut vendors cost more.

What are cheaper alternatives to Fraxion?

Procurer is a lower priced option if you need requests, approvals, POs and receiving. Team costs 149 USD monthly, Business 299 and Scale 699 per company. Business adds three-way matching. Compare user accounts and the accounting export you need before choosing.

Does Fraxion have setup or implementation fees?

Zoftwarehub says there can be additional implementation and setup costs and describes upfront implementation cost as relatively higher than some smaller competitors. No dollar figure is published, so ask for implementation, training and migration as separate lines in the quote.
