Order.co pricing and what Order.co costs per location and per year

Order.co does not publish a price. Its website ends in "Get started" and "Schedule a demo", its terms say the subscription fee is set on each order form, and G2 lists entry pricing as "dependent upon locations and usage". The contract runs 12 months from the day the account opens and renews automatically unless you give 30 days written notice. If you want purchase approvals and POs with the price on the page, Procurer costs 149 to 699 USD a month per company.

How much does Order.co cost?

Order.co costs whatever your order form says. There is no public list price; the subscription is quoted by sales and, according to G2, depends on how many locations you have and how much you buy through the platform. On top of the subscription, Order.co's own terms add 1.5% a month on late invoices, and independent reviewers report extra fees for card payments and early payment advances.

What Order.co sells and how the bill is built

Order.co describes itself as an all-in-one platform for purchasing, accounts payable and spend. On its site it lists procurement, accounts payable, spend management, virtual cards and working capital, plus an AI agent that places orders on vendor portals and ecommerce sites for you. It targets growing companies and enterprises with many sites, and names coworking, hotels and resorts, retail, healthcare, fitness and nonprofits as industries.

That shape explains the pricing. You are not buying seats in an approval tool. You are buying a purchasing service where Order.co places orders, consolidates vendor invoices and bills you, so the cost has more than one line.

  • Subscription fee: set on each order form, according to section 5.1 of Order.co's terms. G2 says it depends on locations and usage.
  • Purchases: you pay Order.co for the goods it orders on your behalf. The terms say invoiced purchase amounts are due by the invoice date, by check, ACH or wire unless your order form says otherwise.
  • Transaction take: an April 2026 profile cited by AuditFriendly reports that Order.co also earns a percentage of transactions. No public page gives the rate, so ask for it in writing.
  • Payment and financing fees: AuditFriendly, reading Order.co's help center, lists 2.9% when you pay an Order.co invoice by credit card and 5% of the invoice for a Preferred Advance repaid in four monthly payments. We could not open those help pages ourselves, so treat both numbers as reported, not confirmed.
  • Late payment: the terms set interest at 1.5% a month, compounded monthly, on amounts more than ten days overdue, plus collection costs.

Order.co contract terms to check before you sign

These come from Order.co's published terms and conditions. Your order form can override them, so read both.

  • Initial term: the agreement runs until the first anniversary of the day your account opens, unless the order form says otherwise.
  • Renewal: it renews automatically for the same length. Either side can stop it with written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Put that date in your calendar the day you sign.
  • Suspension: if a payment is more than ten days late, Order.co can suspend all services until you pay in full. If your sites depend on it for supplies, that is an operational risk, not just a fee.
  • Rewards: credits that are not used within one year of issue expire, and all unused credits expire when the agreement ends.
  • Refunds: if the agreement ends, prepaid fees for services not yet provided are refunded pro rata.
  • Returns: you have 30 days from Order.co's confirmation of receipt to complete return paperwork.

A 15 location services company pricing Order.co against a flat plan

A regional services company runs 15 offices. Each office buys supplies, small equipment and maintenance, about 60 000 USD a month in total. Office managers request, two regional managers approve, and one AP specialist pays the bills.

Order.co would quote this, and the quote would be driven by the 15 locations and the 60 000 USD a month in usage. We cannot give you an Order.co number, because nobody publishes one, and the single contract value on Vendr cited by AuditFriendly (18 000 USD) is one data point, not a benchmark. What you can work out is the fee exposure: if the team pays one 20 000 USD Order.co invoice a month by card and the reported 2.9% applies, that is 580 USD a month, or about 6 960 USD a year, before any subscription.

Procurer Business covers the same company for 299 USD a month, or 1 788 USD a year billed yearly, with up to 100 users, unlimited locations, multi-step approvals, POs, receiving at each office and three-way matching. Offices keep buying from their own suppliers, and approved bills export to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Payment stays in your bank or AP tool, with no card or transaction fees from us. See every plan on the pricing page.

Order.co is the stronger buy if you want to hand off ordering and vendor payment to one provider, consolidate dozens of supplier bills into one invoice and use virtual cards or extra float. If your card and bank lines already land in your books, a bank reconciliation tool handles matching those payments; Procurer handles the approval and the PO before the money moves.

Who should choose Order.co and who should not

Choose Order.co if you run many locations, want a provider to place orders and pay suppliers for you, and value one consolidated invoice, virtual cards and cash back more than a fixed price. Ask for the subscription, the transaction take, the card fee and the renewal terms in the same document.

Look elsewhere if you want a budget number before a demo, if you prefer to keep paying your suppliers directly, or if your real gap is approvals, POs and receiving across sites. For that, read about purchase order software for multi-location businesses, or compare a wider list in the best procurement software roundup.

Is Order.co free?

No. Order.co does not have a free plan. The subscription fee is set on each order form, and G2 says it depends on locations and usage. Capterra lists a free trial, but the path on Order.co's own site is "Get started" or a scheduled demo, so ask for trial terms in writing.

Is Order.co free?

Does Order.co charge per location?

Order.co does not publish a per location price, but G2's pricing page says entry pricing is "dependent upon locations and usage". In practice, the number of sites and the spend you route through Order.co both move the quote. Ask sales how adding a location changes the fee before you sign.

How long is an Order.co contract?

Order.co's default contract runs 12 months from the day your account opens and renews automatically for another term of the same length. Either side can stop renewal with written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term. Your order form can set a different length.

What fees does Order.co charge besides the subscription?

Order.co's terms set 1.5% a month interest on invoices more than ten days overdue. AuditFriendly, citing Order.co's help center, reports 2.9% for paying an Order.co invoice by credit card and 5% for a Preferred Advance, plus a percentage of transactions that no public page quantifies. Confirm each fee in your order form.

What is a cheaper alternative to Order.co?

If you need purchase requests, approvals, POs and receiving across locations, and you pay suppliers yourself, Procurer costs 149, 299 or 699 USD a month per company, with unlimited locations. It does not place orders for you, issue virtual cards or consolidate supplier invoices.
